PriBalt Capital Relevancies

At the moment our basic service is crisis management.

(Crisis – a dangerous, complicated and tough situation; a complicated intermediary situation; also sharp lack (of some kind of values).)

It is mainly a management service, when we get involved into the business management.

We had also worked as management consultants, however, our experience has shown us that an exterior consultant advises are a less effective tool in comparison to direct involvement and taking charge of the company’s bailing out.

Not only do we manage and organize, but we also work. This means that we are both managers and executers.

As an example, we improve the current accounting system on our own or implement a new one. We teach the management to use the financial reports in such a way that it would help them, not bother them with lots of unnecessary papers. We make our own enterprise re-organizational schemes and motivational systems. We manage legal processes on our own. There is also a series of other tasks, which we are capable of and perform within the service of crisis management as needed.
