Pribalt Capital has become a participant of international investor corporation and decided to join the international socially responsible company net, which was established as an initiative of UNO General Secretary Kofi Annana on the Global Economical Forum in Davos (Switzerland) in 1999. This net is united by UNO Global Agreement, which investment company PriBalt Capital entered on 18 December 2007. 

Corporate social responsibility or responsibility towards yourself, your nearest, nation and society is the philosophy and perception of life of PriBalt Capital. 

Here, corporate social responsibility is not sponsorship, which really is the advertisment of the businessman. While sponsoring children's hospital, enterprise is taking care of itself and its advertisement, not the kids. Children and children's hospital are used only as an object that creates positive emotions for buyers of enterprise's products. However, PriBalt Capital does not deny the positive effect of sponsoring of children's hospitals or other social needs. 

You have to remember that PriBalt Capital is a commercial society, not public organization, and the main target of its establishment and activity is gaining profit. That is why a compromise between profit and socially responsible actions is always sought. For example, PriBalt Capital founders have refused investment activities in sectors of alcohol, tobacco, gambling, with hope to gain enough profit from other national economy sectors. Also, when furnishing the office, there were extra expenditures for improvement of lighting and for purchase of high quality ergonomic furniture. In this way, money has been spent in order to save eyesight and backbone of employees and to create work conditions, which would decrease stress and exhaustion.
