Bankers have invited us during the situation, when the company was not able to service the bank credit. Bankers’ hope was weak, because former attempts of rehabilitation have failed. Enterprise’s management was ready to work, but the bank already did not have trust that money will not be lost again this time. |

We offered not to carry out takeover of management and chose the method of management backing. Developed enterprise rehabilitation plan, entered the management structure, made a new system of financial reports, provided finance monitoring, increased production efficiency ratio. |

Company works effectively and services the bank credit. “The bad credit” has become a good client. The business model implemented is profitable and long-living. At the moment total finance and management monitoring is in progress and help in order to improve marginality is carried out. |

American investment bankers were ready to attract investments for Russian group of companies that specialize in real estate and trading, which makes a holding structure through a practical owner. In the existing appearance, the enterprise was not comprehensible for international investors. Financial reporting was done not in accordance with international standards. Only accountancy was maintained, which was not transparent from the company’s financial management point of view. It was necessary to create a comprehensive organizational structure, which would at least minimally format the enterprise in accordance with international traditions and prepare trustworthy financial reports. |

Investment bankers from USA admitted the enterprise to be acceptable and started investments’ attractions. In its turn we were invited to provide support during negotiations with investors and conclusion of an investment transaction. |
