This is a standardized procedure, in the result of which you receive a proposal to begin the investment process or a justified rejection in 2 weeks' time. Substantially, you do not receive an ordinary rejection or a formal argument, but a justified rejection. In other words, you receive a recipe, what to do in order to make the investment possible. After fulfilling the activity recommended, you may repeatedly apply for the investment.
In order to state the correspondence of the project to start the procedure, you fill in the investment transaction and company forms. In situations when a role of a private person is essential in the anticipated investment transaction, private persona's form also has to be filled in.
