. . . Gudkov to participate in II international conference:” Protection of domestic and foreign investment in Russia: institutional and legal problems and their solutions”, which was organized by The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

Conference is scheduled for 25^th of November, 2010 in Congress Centre of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Moscow. In the list of invited persons are the Russian Federation Council members and deputies of State Duma and Civic Chamber of Russian Federation, as well as representatives of Ministry of Economic Development of Russian Federation, Ministry of Justice, The Prosecutor General’s Office, Home Office and representatives of public organizations, recognized lawyers, experts and specialists, also foreign business representatives, who are accredited in Russian Federation.

During the event issues will be discussed that negatively affect local and foreign investment attraction in Russia, business development security of foreign companies as well as recommendations on the favorable investment climate, how to ensure the safety of investors’ actions and the fight with raiders’, corruption, unfair competition, and improvement of existing legislation.

Suggestions of conference participants will be used for Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Russian Duma’s activities, working on legislation improvement matters.
